About Appraisly
Appraisly was built from real-world claim experience — not from a generic tech playbook.
Before founding Appraisly, I spent years in the field as an independent adjuster and appraiser. I've worked the long deployments. I've handled the 12–18 hour days. I've finished inspections only to sit up half the night writing narratives, breaking down estimates, and manually comparing line items.
The estimating was never the hard part.
The paperwork was.
The repetitive breakdowns.
The side-by-side comparisons.
The hours spent rewriting what already existed inside the file.
I kept thinking: there has to be a faster way to do this without sacrificing professionalism or accuracy.
So I built one.
Appraisly is the tool I always wished I had in the field: a purpose-built system designed specifically for appraisal and adjusting workflows. It transforms a 1–2 hour narrative and comparison process into structured, professional output in seconds — without guesswork and without fluff.
This isn't generic AI trying to "sound smart."
It's engineered around how appraisal files actually work.
Built on four principles
Affordable
It has to make financial sense for independent professionals.
Practical
Every feature must solve a real workflow problem.
Powerful
Structured outputs you can stand behind.
Constantly Improving
Built in public, refined with real user feedback.
Feature requests don't go into a black hole. They come directly to me.
Appraisly exists to give time back to the professionals who carry the load during storm season and beyond — so you can focus on the claim, not the admin.
If you're here, I'm grateful.
